Penny Essentials is my way of bringing things that I think are, essential, to those seeking wellness in a way that is holistic, practical and yes, fun. Because how can you feel well when you’re all tired and stressed out right? I mean – that’s the opposite of well-being.

I’m here to show you that good nutrition can also taste good; that healthy habits don’t have to be a drag; and that the one thing that everyone actually needs on their wellness journey isn’t willpower or inner strength or grit (although those are great!), but a community. People to stand by your side as you go through that arduous, wonderful and likely life-changing process of becoming the YOU you’ve always wanted to be.

There’s about 40,000 members in this community, with diverse backgrounds and beliefs and perspectives, yet all united in one common purpose; to help each other achieve their wellness goals and live better.

The starting point is moving away from the idea that there is one right way to do this, and towards a more holistic, more inclusive
worldview. Wellness is a lifelong journey, after all, and who better to have on your side than those who are ready, willing and able to embrace that – and make the entire experience a joyful, fulfilling one.
